Raees Movie Review and Rating: Finally the biggest blockbuster movie of 2017 is ready to knock your nearby theaters within few hours. King Khan Shahrukh Khan in and as Raees. Hence this is the biggest release in Bollywood which has no other major releases as competition. Though Hrithik Roshan’s Kabil is also releasing on the same day it is no match for Raees. As scheduled this movie Raees has hit the screens on 25th of January just before the Republic Day. This Rahul Dholakia directed movie also got its theatrical release in the overseas too. Since Shahrukh Khan has a huge fan following in the overseas market, the producers have managed to get a good number of screens in the overseas too.

Shahrukh Khan Raees Movie Review:

Raees movie which is the most anticipating release of 2017 has Shahrukh Khan in the lead role. He is playing the role of a mafia don in the movie. The film is set in the state of Gujarat as the backdrop while Shahrukh Khan smuggles liquor in the movie. Bollywood’s most talented actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is also playing a role in this movie. He is playing as the antagonist to Shahrukh Khan who tries to stop him. He is playing the role of a cop in this action thriller whose only aim is to catch hold of Shahrukh Khan. The scenes between Shahrukh Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are quite intriguing.

Coming to the female lead role, this movie has Mahira Khan. She is the Pakistani actress who is making her Debut into Bollywood with this movie. While one has to accept that this talented actress has given a tough competition to Shahrukh in terms of performance. Furthermore, this movie also has a special song, Laila Main Laila. Sunny Leone who is now the heartthrob of many, has shaken her leg in this leg with Shahrukh Khan. Her moves in this song along with Shahrukh are worth a watch in this movie. This movie also has Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub who is the friend of Raees in this movie. While Sheeba Chaddha has played the role of Raees’ Mother. All the supporting characters have justified their roles.

Rahul Dholakia is the writer and director of this action crime thriller. One has to appreciate for making such an interesting film with Shahrukh Khan in the lead role. His earlier movie Lamhaa with Sanjay Dutt has shown his skills in filmmaking. This movie has proved it yet again. Coming to the music of this movie, Ram Sampath has composed both songs and background score. Songs are a huge hit even before the release of this movie. In particular, Zaalima song sung by Arijit Singh is a chartbuster. While background score has a big impact on the movie. The cinematography of this movie is KU Mohanan. There are some spectacular visuals especially in songs becasue of this man. While Deepa Bhatia is the Editor of Raees who has done a commendable job with editing.
